Ordering online

We partner with secure payment processing services to provide the online payment facility at our shop's checkout, so that you can be confident that your credit card details will not be compromised.

If, for any reason, you would rather not pay by card, continue to the checkout and select the cheque payment option, then post us a cheque. This will delay the dispatch of your order until the cheque has cleared.

Delivery

Please note that we deliver to UK addresses only. We charge for delivery based upon the weight of your order - as each item is added to your basket, its weight is added to your order weight. You are able to select from either First Class postage or next-day Courier delivery when you proceed through the checkout.

You'll see that First Class is more cost-effective for orders up to 1Kg, and that Courier delivery is more cost-effective for heavier orders. All orders over £30 are delivered free of charge.

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed we cannot accept any cancellation request. If the circumstances are exceptional please contact us immediately and we will try to help.

Returns and refunds

If your order does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for an exchange or refund. All items to be returned must be re-packed in their original packaging.

Prices and VAT

The prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT.

Privacy

Any personal information we collect from you, such as your postal address or email address, will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act. We will only use this information to fulfill your orders, and to notify you of any special offers or changes to our product range. We will not pass your details to third parties. We hate spam and junk mail just as much as you do!

Comments and complaints

We welcome feedback from visitors and customers on our products and our website. Should we receive a complaint, rest assured that this will be dealt with promptly and professionally.
